Returns & Refunds Policy
As a small business, we appreciate your support and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at
vintagevibetexas@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Standard Returns
You may return any unwanted or unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund for the item will be credited back to your account.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Returns should be shipped to:

Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on the following:
- Final Sale or Clearance items
- Seasonal merchandise (Fall, Christmas, Easter)
- Orders that included a coupon or promotional free gift
- Any item purchased on sale
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item, please email photos of the damaged product and its packaging to
vintagevibetexas@gmail.com. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund. Please note that some items may sell out and cannot be replaced.
Shipping & Restocking
- Shipping costs (both original and return) are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- At our discretion, we may apply a 20% or greater restocking fee or issue only a partial refund if:
- The item is not in its original condition,
- The item is damaged, or
- Parts are missing for reasons not due to our error.
- Vintage Vibe Texas is not responsible for shipments lost in transit back to us.
Order Notifications
Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please note: Vintage Vibe Texas does not insure packages for loss, theft, or damage during the shipping process. Claims for these issues must be filed directly with USPS or UPS.
