Thank you for trusting us with your furniture!  We have close to 15 years in the industry and look forward to working with you.  By sending your deposit, you agree to the terms of this contract.  

1. The price given beforehand is only an estimate.  We will let you know if the price increases due to condition of piece, necessary repairs, and size.  
2. You will be put on the calendar as soon as we receive your payment.  Our times to bring your pieces are from Fridays 4-6 or Saturdays 10-1.  At this time, we will go over final color selection and other details.  There may be times that Brian (owner) will not be there during drop off times.  He will reach out if he has any other questions/concerns regarding your piece.  
3. After being in this business almost 15 years, we have realized that not every piece can be painted.  This can be due to surface condition, type of wood, and more.  We reserve the right to turn down a piece once we see it in person.  A full refund will be given if we determine that it’s not paintable.  
4. White and lighter colors can be difficult on some pieces to cover.  This can be due to age, type of wood, and how it’s been cleaned and cared for through the years.  We will be using stain blocking primer, but if multiple coats are needed to cover, we will need to increase the price.  Unfortunately, until we start painting the piece, we will not know if this will be necessary.
5. We will not paint over pieces that have already been painted. 
6. We will not paint over laminate surfaces.
7. We will not replace hardware unless new hardware is provided.  If we need to fill holes/drill new ones, we will need to charge additional labor. 
8. Satin poly is applied to all of our pieces unless otherwise specified.  
9. If you need pick up and delivery on your pieces please let us know.  This is not included in your estimate.
10. Once your piece is complete, we ask that you pick up within 7 days.  We simply don’t have the room to store longer.  Average turn around time is 3 weeks.  

**Paint does take at least 30 days to fully cure.  We ask that you be very careful for the first few weeks that your piece is home.  Do not use harsh chemicals to clean your piece.  Typically a swiffer dry is all you need, or a soft cloth with a little soap and water.
